Refund policy
I am unsatisfied with my item. When will I get my refund? Will they replace my item?
Refund or item replacement is available within 24 hours of delivery. Simply email a photo of your unsatisfactory item to onlinepalengke.com and give us one week to process your request. Once the refund has been processed on our end, you will receive an email notification.
When you receive this email, that means the amount has been deducted from our system, and you are now marked "Refunded". Sometimes however, banks or credit card companies will take much longer to reflect your refund. In this case, contact your service provider for updates.
